Flapping her powerful wings, a large Eurasian Eagle Owl soaring a little out over the sea. The Queen of Ga'Hoole swiveled her head to the stars and swiveled it back so she was looking forward again. Hornet let out a shriek and circled higher.

Thunder swooped in, and dipped towards the ocean, and up again. He let out an ear-piercing hoot, and swiveled up again.

Hornet swiveled her head towards Thunder and swooped over to him, grabbing his talons and causing the two to rocket downwards towards the ocean.

Thunder braced himself for the upcoming event, and at the second they almost plummeted into the ocean, he let go of her talons, and swooped a semi-circle back into the air.

So did Hornet, who grabbed his talons again and the two headed directly back towards the ocean. This time the waves were high and they were going too slow if they were to avoid being hit by the waves. She pressed herself closer to him and they picked up speed...
She almost was swept away by how fast they were going when she finally broke away, shooting upwards into the sky again. Suddenly her head swiveled towards the Great Tree.
"The fire is calling!"

Thunder, who headed vertically, swooped straight across the ocean and up again. "Fire? Calling?" Thunder's expression got serious, and he turned his attention to Hornet once again.

"You can't feel it?" Hornet asked. She paused. "Of course you can't- it isn't in your blood! Its really strong." She turned around and soared back towards the Great Tree...

Come to think of it, there was something picking at him. He couldn't tell what it was, and pushed it away for a while. But, with a great sigh, followed Hornet.
